What is your refund policy?
If it should become apparent for any reason in the initial 30 minute onboarding call that the laser sessions are not a great fit for either of us - I will happily refund you in full.
After the onboarding call, refunds are not possible.
What software or other tools do I need to buy to be able to use this?
In order to use this service, you'll simply need the Zoom video conferencing app for our live calls.
Note: You DO NOT need to be on camera for these calls.
They are designed for busy people - so you can call in from wherever is convenient for you.

If you wish to make your coaching support asynchronous (NOT in real time and through an app like Voxer / Telegram etc) please request it at the time of our onboarding call and we'll discuss the options.
